I thank the Lord for His rich blessings in our lives. He has made it possible for us to have a business which has allowed us to be available for our children. I had a business at home which allowed me to keep both of our children with me until they started to school; I was available to take them and pick them up; and were able to attend band, sports and activities throughout the years for our son and now our daughter. Few parents are able to arrange their schedules at work to allow for all that children can be involved in, but we have been fortunate to be able to do so.
Now that our children are older, I am often able to go with my husband on service calls. On occasion, I can be on the job site with him. We are thankful for cell phones as they allow us to have contact throughout the day.
We would love to hear from other couples/families who are self-employed and work together in the family business.

What a beautiful tribute to your husband and the partnership that you share. Anyone that knows you can see the blessings that God has given you and your family simply because you are such a vessel through which those blessings flow to everyone you meet. I thank God for our friendship and look forward to seeing you every day.
