Holiday Season

The Holiday Season seems to bring our monetary availability front & center; I am sure that we are not the only ones feeling the crunch of the current economic situation in the good ole USA these days. I will have to say that God is good all the time, all the time God is good. No matter the economy, our Lord provides our needs & more. Faith in Him has sustained us through our 25 years together(and before)and will continue to do so until He calls us home. It is just more difficult to spread it around these days. Sometimes it feels as though we should make an effort to live as our ancestors did in the horse & buggy days, but my grandmother has told me how tough times were then, too! The main thing is to be thankful to God, no matter our circumstances economically, and to love Him & one another.

It was so nice of you to stop by and leave a comment on my blog. We too share the roller-coaster world of self-employment. We've learned after almost 19 years that there are just certain times of the year (in our business) that are slow, and so we just try to prepare ahead for them.
This life is rich and fulfilling as we seek to follow the path Jesus taught, isn't it? I'm ever grateful for my Christian heritage and the love I sense from our creator. May He richly bless you and yours!
Merry Christmas!
